I was wondering if you can help.
I have a Kodak Easy Share 5300 printer, which I bought about a month ago.
The printer is working fine, however I am having trouble getting the scanner to scan. It has happened all of a sudden out of the blue and was working fine until recently.
The circumstances are as follows:-
I press the scan button and the screen goes to the scan options. I go to scan applications and select an option from there, however it does not give me the option to select an application and goes straight to save setting when I press the downward arrow key.
When I press the start button it is highlighting that it is scanning on the printer screen but no scan actually takes place.

The inner parts may not receive proper power supply thats why you are not able to scan .......
