I would reinstall drivers, you should have received a cd with with your cam. Disconnect cam, uninstall drivers and then reinstall them.
Note do not uninstall driver unless you know you have the CD, or you can go to the cam manufactiured website and try to download the drivers that way.
Visit the A4tech website (Give A4tech a search on Google.) The A4tech website should have a Download or Support area to download the most updated drivers for their webcam.
