How do you load an acco 131 stapler - Office Equipment & Supplies

This is a stapler or a shredder?

If it is a stapler then it should connect to the metal sliding piece that pushes the staples forward and then it should also hook to the front/top of the stapler and possibly through a hole in the front and to the back. I'm not too familiar with this exact stapler. I don't have a diagram for it but if you go to a store that sells them, you could possibly find out there if you still can't get it.
