SOURCE: i have a electrolux dishlex dx302 that will not

Hi,
Yes I had the same problem. One of the solder joints on the relay was cracked but hardly visable. Resoldered it and no problems.
How to do it:
Make sure you turn off the power at the wall and pull out the plug. To get to the circuit board remove the screws on the inside top of the door and pull out the front panel (where the buttons are). Press the little clips and the white box containing the circuit board comes free. Remove all the plugs and lever open the small clips holding the box shut. After you open the box pull the circuit board up and have a look at the contacts under the black little box (relay). Use a soldering iron and some flux cored solder and redo the joints. Put it all back together and turn on to see how it goes.
Worked for me.
All the best......

SOURCE: Hi i have a Electrolux

This can be a possible fault with the program controller unit. You will need to observe and make some tests as the washer works and stops. So check with all precaution if you are able to use a multimeter.
check the voltage on the motor while agitating. now does it cut off - if so the program controller is faulty , However If the voltage stays but the motor stops then the motor is faulty , the capacitor reduced in value or the mechanical section of the agitator/shaft can be jammed.
Check the program controller, check all connections , remove clean and set. check the door switch.

Normally we are able to help you out with a solution for the fault of your machine., So please relate the fault that is seen on the machine as I can try to help. Also we are not allowed to mail personally any documents that relate to a maker as in this case Electrolux has the official right. So as a customer you can contact the support center and request for a manual, some sites offer manuals at a cost.
