It is telling you that you have a corrupt registry and it needs to be repaired, you will need an xp cd to repair windows, and set your bios (F2 or Del on boot up) for the cdrom to be first boot device.
Try to boot in safe mode by pressing F8 while the system is booting.
Once in safe mode, use system restore to restore your computer state to an earlier date when this problem was not present.
