When I click the link to join a meeting it goes through the process which I have seen many times before (and previously had no problems) but, at the end it tells me it can't find a suitable folder to
use on my computer??
Watched/Listened to 100's of gtm webinars before but, this problem started a few weeks ago and can no longer complete the login anymore to finally connect
