I have a problem with my Samsung cell phone, its a GT-S5233A touch screen. The problem that I have is the touch screen seems to have shifted down about 1.5cm so I am unable to access my keypad, phonebook or menu. I have tried taking the battery off but then unale to put in my pin as the numbers on the keypad have also shifted
