I have a problem with our ricoh printer at work. It is a ricoh aficio AP410N, and the serial # is Q3256500416. It keeps getting paper jams and nothing will print. I called tech support a month ago and all they told me was to make sure all the little compartments were closed. It started to print, but if i printed anything bigger than 3 pages it started to jam up again. I'm not trying to pay a ton to have someone come look at it, is there anything else I can do? or do we just need to get a new printer?

Did you try to start with a new pack of paper? Laser printers are very sensitive to humidity of the paper, or a little curled paper. You can start to turn the paper that is in the engine right now upside down. Sometimes this will help. If this doesn't work, than take a closed, new box/package of paper and try again. You might have an environmental problem with your paper. If it works well with the new package, try to store the paper on a better place (not at a window/heater/in a closed box/package etc.)
