I was using my mp3 and I dropped on the carpet it was not a bad falll... when I picked it up it was playing so pressed down the pause button and did not work, then I pressed the on /of button did not work. Finally after holding it down for several seconds I was able to turn it off. Unfortunately now I cannot turn it on. How can I fix it?
