I need the passcode to help me reset my phone but it looks as if I forgot it and when am trying or I try to connect to the internet the phone tells me insufficient space and when I try to use the clear cache feature although it says or tells me all cleared am still not able to connect to the internet and when I try using the clear session option as my last resort the phone tells me memory allocation failed and to be honest and frank there is nothing that I can do anymore to solve this problem and believe it or not I even feel like giving up on this phone.
