The printer prints on paper fine. when trying to print a cd the disk will go about half way then jams with what sounds like gear jamming. any suggestions and is it worth fixing
Hi there I had a similar problem and could'nt figure out why the cd tray was not going all the way through. Then I realised that I was being dense and had the printer too close to the wall and the tray could'nt feed "through" properly. Check your distances. Maybe you're not as dense as me but check just in case. Regards Tom
