I have just been given a new RX3700. It has been used only once but I cannot for the life of my get it to sync to my pc? on the ipaq under start>active sync> tools> options there is a pc name there already?? Any help appreciated, I'm pulling my hair out!
You need to install Activesync onto your PC. Activesync comes on the CD that came with your Ipaq , or the latest version can be downloaded from here... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2eb5bd80-d52c-45 60-ae11-da92f2b229fa&DisplayLang=en Then from your PC (not your IPAQ), open Activesync, click on File, Get Connected and do NOT cradle the IPAQ until it tells you to. The Activesync on the IPAQ is for wireless syncs, which cannot be done until youu establish a partnership with this first wired sync. You will need a wireless network to do a wireless sync.
