Printer hi, my printer is displaying "bad print head" replace cyan (triangle) what does this mean?

    I have the same message on my printer and wonder what it means. Does anyone know?

Look UNDER the ink cartridges: Lift up the grey cover. Underneath are 4 print heads, and your printer suggests you replace the one to the left.

If you look your print heads have a colour symbol on them and cyan is a triangle. Magnenta is a square, yellow is a circle.
