I get a white screen each time i turn on my Trekstor i.beat move s (4gb).. how can i get it back to normal?

This depends on bit rate or quality and format. If wma then more space will be required. I use 192k which is the highest rate. I can put 3 hollywood movies from my purchased DVD's and store them on my emo. I do this in Ubuntu, the new African Operating System. I first convert the DVD to Mp4. Then I convert the Mp4 to SMV with a program http://www.cs.bgu.ac.il/~yurac/interests/smv-encode. This program allows you converts mp4 to video.mp4.smv. Emo can hold six motion pictures at high quality due to its 2G storage. But, what I do is use 1GB for video and 1GB for music. I am 50 years old and work at a customer service center. On breaks and at lunch I can listen to fm stereo, mp3 from cds, motion pictures from DVD in smv format with high quality, look at pictures from my photo album and of course do voice editing at work or on the road. I can upload the wav dictation files at full quality to my computer and email them to whomever. Camcorder files can also be converted to SMV video this is important.

it seems that you switched on the "hold" function. This is a way to lock the keys in order to avoid unwanted operation of the player when it is in your pocket.

I finally found that upgrading the driver ( www.trekstor.de/en/products/detail_mp3.php?pid=75&page=6 ) fixed this problem. I wiped all my songs but this may not be necessary. Good luck!

The strip that connects the keypad with the other circuitry is damaged. you need to repair it or replace it...it will be checked by an expert technician of mobile that either it is to be replaced or repaired...

flip and slide mobile have this kind of problem..moreover, it depends upon the usage of phone for flip/slide...
dont use it roughly, next time , it needs a lot of care..
