This is my problem to that i'm having a download speed too slow, i've been try to follow all a good advice, but still not work. I've try several like check internet speed at speedtest.net from modem to router, and still it slow. and I've try put cable on modem but still remains slow, afterthat the internet speed began to come down 0.333mbps-0.058mbps. and i've been try to check if I've weather malware or something but still its green. and try to change cable to new but still its remain 0.033mbps. And I try to contact provider, but I don't know why after I dial areacode and tel. number after that the line was cut. And I'll try again, but still the result was bad repeatedly.(I'd try dial many times, why.. I cannot contact provider) But in my cellphone I'd try to contact provider and the result was good but my battery and load having few, and I didn't know how to do it. how can i solve it this..? Please Help me..
