First make sure windows 7 is fully updated then goto add remove programs in the control panel and make sure it is not installed (humor me:) if it is uninstall it. then, i assume you are installing from a disc, put the disc in the drive but do not use the auto cue. instead goto my computer and right click on the cd drive and select open. then find the installer and right click on it. now select either run in compatibility mode(if it's there) or troubleshoot compatibility. hope this helps but if you have any more questions just ask:)
