Mywinlocker is not opening its drive. and i tried to reinstall still the same problem. i found the decrypted file, its not opening with the password. but i know the password is correct. so please help

My previous pc was crashed but the hdd is ok and i have some files locked by my win locker in that hdd. now i have a new acer notebook with windows 8. How can i recover my encrypted file from that hdd
