There isn't one reason that these engines wont start. With your symptoms you can narrow it down to the Starter, starter relay, wiring, battery cables, battery, ignition switch, and neutral safety switch. Diagnostics is necessary to narrow these choices down. Run some testes to each component and narrow down your search. If you need more information please write back.
