Why compucessory headphones not working
Did you plug them into the headphone jack or the microphone jack on your computer ? Usually those 2 jacks are next to each other and it is easy to confuse them. If this is not the problem, maybe the headphones have a switch to turn them on (this would be unusual, but you never know...). Hope this helps.

Most shredder are oiled by squirting some shredder oil in a serpentine pattern over a piece of paper to be shredded and run it through. Do this whenever you empty the shredder bin.

What does the manual say? Without directions , I would clean it of all the paper scraps. Use compressed air or brush. A silicon or dry lubricant (comes in a spray can, found at most stores or auto parts ) on all moving parts would be a good idea.
