I am upgrading to windows
Hi,
minimum 2GB for smooth use of the pc, but RAM is fairly cheep so I would go for 4GB. The most importet hardware to be fast is your harddrive.

How to download of EliteDekaron skill hack..
o activate nonaggro, just drag the nonaggro2.whs into your opened data.pak with WinHex in editable mode. (Use search button to find WinHex+Tut...I reccomend Chihiro88's tut).
For VAC and Zoom, use CheatEngine to open the ELITE DEKARON.CT and attack the process to dekaron.exe. Then check the box to turn on hacks.

So all of the scripts are working except for the skills (The only skills working are the vicious summoner ones), and credits go to chiharu88 for the scripts. To edit the offsets (which you need to do to get non-VS skills working), open your data.pak with WinHex, and search for the skill ID included with the skill scripts (EX: IconIndex, 735). Starting from the beginning of the 0 list, down to when the skill info stops (There will be many numbers, some text, and some more numbers. At the end of these numbers is your first offset and the beginning of the numbers, by IconIndex, is your first offset) Copy these offsets in Hex and replace them in the skill script to make the skills hacked! Be sure to review the script to make sure they are right after you figure out what you are doing because there are some minute changes that I found. Otherwise, just use the nonaggro and others and VS skills and enjoy

Since you have already done the restart and there are no error messages showing that the system disk is bad, it may be a short or incompatibility in one of your usb plugs. Remove all plugs except for keyboard and mouse and then restart. Also make sure it is not trying to boot off a CD or DVD by removing those as well.

ECS 648FX-A1 can it use high density memory?
The Motherboard limitation are DDR400 = 2GB maximum size per slot
Allthough you can with slower memory DDR333 or DDR266 go to the 3GB memory limit.
Due to the age it will be trail and error on the memory types. You won't necessary get any problems with the high density memory as long as it is good quality memory and you don't exceed the slot memory limit as mentioned above.
I recommend that you download the motherboard manual and read it.

Try to get and install the latest Geforce drivers for your graphics card from https://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/77223 If that doesn't work, and you're comfortable opening the computer case, do so and loosen the screw that holds the video card and rock the card gently in it's slot. This will help "clean" the contacts between the boards and the card. If you are more daring, find and release the retaining clip that holds the card in its slot, andremove and reseat it. Finally, other hardware problems might be the issue, and a failing motherboard, graphics card, memory hard drive, or power supply can be the cause of your issues. You'd troubleshoot these by swapping components out (ie trial and error).

Motherboard Problem
Your current CPU won't fit that board,your processor is a socket LGA775 and the motherboard you listed is a socket LGA1155, also called Socket H2, here's a link to several boards that you can use your current CPU in and that also supports ddr3 memory,hope this helps.

My computer does boot on the screen but i can hear it
The power good line on the power supply is the problem. Make sure the power cable is seated fully on the motherboard. Measure the voltage on the coin cell battery. It may need to be replaced. A low cell will stop it from booting. Worst case is a bad sector on the hard drive. That happens a lot too.

No display when starting after installing in new
First thing I would do is try using the monitor on another working computer to see if it works. If so, you have eliminated that as an issue.
Kind of hard to fathom that you got two fubar mo bo's but as they stay in the street, sh-- happens. However, The lack of a beep means that the bios is not posting. When you turn on a computer, the bios does a check of internal components and environment - if all is ok, it beeps and then has the hard drive install the operating system into the computer's memory. And if something is wrong, the bios will usually give out certain beeps that are coded such as when you have bad memory, no memory, etc. But you are getting zippo, and no video at all on your monitor - this is one of the few times you wish you had the blue screen of ***** because with that at least you know your hardware is ok but your software has an issue.
The conditions you have reported would seem to indicate that the bios chips on both units are corrupted and not working. U might also make sure that the memory chips are good. A bad chip, not a missing chip, will sometimes prevent the mo bo from booting up.
If you also remove all the memory and turn on the witch, if the bios is working it will beep like crazy. If nada, bios is dead.
If boards are new as you indicate I would return for exchange.
