I can't get my kids lexibook laptop masters to switch on it lights up to say its connected to charger but don't start up
If that tablet is new and you can't turn it on, it's because it has a problem. Take it back where you bought it or to site indicated by warranty. If not on warranty, anyway shold look for some authorize technician to repair it

Try using a USB cable from your PC to charge it. It will have USB at on end and Micro USB or Mini USB at the other end to fit your tablet.
