Help! The handle came loose and I took it apart now I have an extra white piece that fell out when I was fixing it and I can't figure out where it goes to put it all back in place.
Rowenta Model sm700 will not come on-- Low use hours on iron- part # 111107.88 - could this be a problem (what is the cost of part.) Iron worked perfectly for a very short while, then completely stopped. It is an older model but was never taken out of the box for use until recently.
my electrolux steam generator iron will work fine for first 20 minutes then it will just go into sleep mode and I have to switch it off then, it will keep going into sleep mode every five minutes. I have tried doing as manual says and pressing power button once but that doesn't work

i have a marks and spencer steam iron with digital control, today it is making a beeping noise and there is a flashing symbol of an iron with a line going through it diagonally. It will not let you turn the iron off by the button on the iron you have to disconect it from the wall any ideas please?
Am about to use Comfort Easy ironing solution but it says to descale my iron first. So I was about to do that but the descaler stuff says to check if my iron is one that I can / should descale. I have a Philips Careeza Azur 4310 iron. Does anyone know if it is a type that shouldn't be descaled??

Have tried non-abrasive liquid soap on cold iron. Should the iron be heated on minimum temperature? A cotton cloth is used to press trousers of polyester/wool mens' trousers. Could this have caused the sticking in the first place?
I have a Sunbeam SteamMaster iron and it's plugged in and the temp dial is turned up. It's brand-new. But it's only a little bit warm, which isn't getting any wrinkles out. I've tried everything, looked at all the instructions and nothing is happening. What is the problem?
