Bosch B20 function selector 2 not working. It now just spins and the display shows the symbol telling you to set the selector to neutral or straight up.

My Simonelli micro-bar 11 has been switched off for 6 months. On restarting makes loud buzzing sound. On heating comes up with the message machine off boiler filling. Water tank is full.
