Good day to you, I do not have the exact diagram in a document for you however I know you can find the manual for your unit over at cartpros. Here is a link for you:

Hope that helps you out :)
Verify series battery wiring. The main positive wire which goes to the solenoid should be on a positive battery post, that will be your main positive. Then from there we go series to all the rest of the batteries until we are left with a negative battery post, that will be your main negative. Make sure your charger wires are connected to the mains.

If a golf cart was working fine and suddenly will not move in either forward or reverse, the most common causes are low or disconnected batteries, a faulty forward/reverse switch, a bad seat safety switch, a blown fuse, or an issue with the key switch or solenoid. Even if the cart powers on, weak battery voltage or loose/corroded connections can stop it from driving. In many cases, the cart may also be in tow mode instead of run mode, or the controller may have temporarily shut down due to overheating. Checking the run/tow switch, battery voltage and cables, listening for a solenoid click, and inspecting the forward/reverse switch usually identifies the problem quickly.https://golfcartgears.com/

Sometimes manually pushing the solenoid can cause it to get stuck in the wrong position. Check for that. Look for any loose or damaged wires connected to the solenoid. Use a multimeter to check if the solenoid is receiving power when you try to move the cart forward. If it's not, there might be an issue with the control circuit. Sometimes, simply resetting the cart's electrical system can resolve the issue. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it.
Check the manual for additional troubleshooting steps.

Yes according to this it takes a 24 volt Lithium battery. Fortunately putting a 12 volt battery in won't have damaged it where as 24 volts into a 12 volt system will.
Take it to your local golf retailer and they will know someone that can diagnose and repair the electronics.
I presume you checked the battery had a full charge.
The reviews on it are good
