The first thing to go in this situation of to cold boot the internet router. Pull the power plug to it and wait 5 minutes. Plug it back in and then wait at least 10 minutes for it to boot up and all the lights to come on and stop flickering. Then go to the television and pair it to the internet. Normally this is in two parts, put in the Router SSID and the Password, then tell the television to search.
