How to install a fence?
Waht fence do you want to install. Is it a boundary fence? I ask because a radial arm saw also comes with a fence. It is always better to give too much info than too little.

Element HDTY 32 powers blue; but no picture or sound
- Input/Source Mismatch: TV is on the wrong HDMI, antenna, or app source.
- Cable/Connection Issues: Loose or faulty HDMI/AV cables, or port damage.
- Backlight or Display Failure: Power light works, but LED backlight is out (TV is "on" but screen appears black).
- Audio/Software Glitch: Firmware bug, muted sound, or speaker failure.
- Power Supply Problems: Partial failure in the internal board, causing AV dropout without full shutdown.
- Overheating or Age: Dust buildup or component wear in older units.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
- Verify Basic Power and Connections:
- Ensure the TV is plugged into a working outlet (test with another device). The blue light confirms power, but try a different cord if available.
- Check all cables: Unplug/replug HDMI (from cable box, streaming device), antenna, or optical audio. Switch to a different HDMI port (most models have 2-3).
- Press the power button on the remote or TV (hold for 5 seconds) to cycle off/on-wait 30 seconds between.
- Adjust Input Source and Settings:
- Use the remote's "Input" or "Source" button to cycle through options (e.g., HDMI1, TV, USB). If stuck, enter menu (Settings > Input) and select the correct one.
- Check volume: Ensure it's not muted (press Vol+ or check remote batteries). Go to Settings > Audio > Speakers On.
- Shine a flashlight on the screen in a dark room-if you see a faint image, it's a backlight issue (common in Element LEDs; screen works but lights are dead).
- Perform a Soft Reset:
- Unplug the TV from the wall for 5-10 minutes (this discharges capacitors and resets firmware).
- While unplugged, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds to drain residual power.
- Plug back in and turn on. If it has a factory reset option: Settings > System > Reset (this erases apps/settings-back up if possible).
- Test Hardware and Audio:
- Connect a different device (e.g., DVD player or phone via HDMI) to rule out source problems. If no picture/sound persists, it's the TV.
- For sound: Try external speakers/headphones via headphone jack or Bluetooth (Settings > Audio > Output). If external works, internal speakers may be faulty.
- Inspect vents: Clean dust from back/sides with compressed air (TV off/unplugged) to prevent overheating shutdowns

Do I need a building permit to install a fence
Yes, you may need a permit if your fence is tall, in the front yard, or made of certain materials. For a simple backyard fence under 6 ft, most places do not require one - but always confirm with your local office.

How can i set saw to cut dados and is there a video?
A sliding miter/chop saw like your Chicago Electric can cut dados, but only by making repeated shallow passes - you cannot install a dado blade stack (that's for a table saw).
How to Set It Up
1. Mark the dado on your board (width and depth).
2. Adjust depth stop on your saw so the blade only cuts down to the depth you need (not all the way through).
3. Make the first cut along one edge of the dado.
4. Slide the board slightly and keep making passes until the whole groove is cleared.
5. Clean up the bottom with a chisel if needed.
Clamp your work securely - you'll be making several cuts side by side.
Never try to mount a dado blade set on a miter saw; it's unsafe.
Answer: You set your saw by using the depth stop to control cut depth and then make multiple overlapping cuts across your dado area. It works fine for occasional grooves, though a table saw or router is faster.
Would you like me to draw a simple diagram showing how to position the work and blade for the dado passes?

Can I buy athe machined aluminum fence for my Chicago Electric 61790 mitre saw
Yes, you can buy a machined aluminum fence / upgrade for a Chicago Electric miter saw - but probably not off the shelf for the 61790 model exactly. You'll likely have to:
1. Adapt a universal/extruded aluminum fence.
2. Possibly get one custom-made locally to fit precisely.
3. Modify mounting holes or brackets to match your saw.

Saw keeps cutting out when cutting
Common Causes & Fixes
1. Worn Carbon Brushes
* The most common cause. When brushes wear down, the motor loses contact and cuts out.
* Fix: Inspect and replace the carbon brushes (cheap and fairly easy).
2. Overheating / Thermal Cut-Out
* Many saws have a thermal protector. If you push too hard or cut continuously, it overheats and shuts off.
* Fix: Let the saw cool down, clean vents, and avoid forcing the cut.
3. Loose Power Connection
* A loose power cord, plug, or internal wiring can interrupt power.
* Fix: Check the cord for breaks or kinks, and ensure it's firmly seated.
4. Faulty Trigger Switch
* Worn or dirty contacts in the on/off switch can cause intermittent cutting out.
* Fix: Switch may need cleaning or replacing.
5. Dust Build-Up Inside Motor
* Sawdust can clog vents and interfere with motor brushes or cooling.
* ? Fix: Blow out the motor housing with compressed air.
6. Overloaded Circuit
* If your saw is on a long extension cord or weak breaker, it may trip under load.
* Fix: Plug directly into a good outlet (no thin extension cords).
Quick Checklist
* Unplug saw ? check brushes.
* Clean out dust and check vents.
* Inspect power cord & plug.
* Test on a different outlet.
* If still cutting out ? suspect switch or motor winding issue (may need professional repair).

Are bushes easy to on a macallister sliding chop saw
What you can do
1. Contact parts suppliers or metal fabricators locally: Ask if they can make you a machined aluminum fence to your saw's specs (height, thickness, mounting hole pattern).
2. Search after-market or universal fences that can be adapted. Sometimes a universal aluminum miter saw fence (or aluminum angle bar + T-track etc.) can be fitted with minor mods.
3. Check with Harbor Freight / Chicago Electric support: maybe they have a heavy-duty or premium upgrade fence.

Ihave a doall saw model c430a the head will just drop into the piece with no reason
, it's likely a hydraulic issue-specifically with the feed rate control valve or counterbalance system. - Hydraulic Feed Control Valve Malfunction
- The valve regulates how fast the head descends.
- If it's stuck open or bypassing internally, the head will drop too fast.. Fix: Inspect and clean the valve. Replace if worn or leaking. - Counterbalance Cylinder or Bleed Valve Issue
- Some models use a hydraulic cylinder with a bleed valve to control descent.
- If fluid leaks past the valve, the head may fall uncontrolled.
Fix: Adjust the bleed valve or rebuild the cylinder if seals are worn.
- Low Hydraulic Fluid or Air in System
- Air bubbles or low fluid can cause erratic movement.
- Fix: Check fluid level and bleed the system.
- Broken or Disconnected Feed Rate Linkage
- Mechanical linkages between the control knob and valve may be loose or broken.
- Fix: Inspect for broken pins, loose set screws, or disconnected rods.
Reference & Parts
You can find exploded views and manuals for your C430A model on DoALL's official parts manual page. If you need schematics or want to order replacement components, that's the best starting point.
