Well, you didn't offer a whole lote of info, so I imagine that is why responses have been slow. It isn't clear at all to me what the symptom is, but perhaps it is a PiP issue, either hardware based, or a setting accessed through menus.
What is the video source? For example a Dish Network HDDVR will most likely have a pip function, which splits the screen. Not knowing what is being split, or how it is very difficult to say.
