I cannot load installation software for 7300 series printer on my new computor with vista windows. I receive the following error message. "log off and on with adminastrator previleges. If there is no system adminastrator heve the primary user fo this computor install the software" I am the owner user. How do I log on as primary user?
You´ll need to right click on the install exe file for your printer and choose run as administrator from the menu.....should install without any problems
