Try clearing the cmos by replacing the cmos chip to the other two pins (which are present on the motherboard) and remove and refit the battery and then put cmos chip back to its original pins, that will clear the bios password and then reboot the windows and continue the bios update

And follow the instructions here to upgrade the BIOS. I suggest using their instructions as they will be far more accurate than mine for this specific system and BIOS update.

When i start the computer then first message is display invalid or mising microcode for update contact hewlett-packard company. Now you tell me how to update microcode thanks

Hello ikrambscs!
The microcode is part of the computers BIOS that identifies the processor. To update the microcode you need to install the latest BIOS for your motherboard. You can go to Hewlett-Packard's download page HERE, select "Download drivers and software (and firmware)" and enter your computers model information. On the next page select your operating system. This will give you the download link for the latest BIOS for your computer.

Everytime i start my pc there is always an error say cpu ucode error f1 to resume

You need an other BIOS driver.
Intel
P6 and NetBurst micro-architecture microprocessors may contain design
defects or errors known as errata that may cause the product to deviate from
published specifications. Many times, the effects of the errata can be
avoided by implementing hardware or software work-arounds. Errata and work-
arounds are documented in the appropriate processor specification update,
which can be found at www.intel.com. Intel P6 and NetBurst micro-
architecture microprocessors include a feature called "reprogrammable
microcode"
, which allows certain types of errata to be worked around via
microcode updates. The microcode updates reside in the system BIOS and are
loaded into the processor by the system BIOS during Power-On Self Test, or
POST.

1801 micro code update error

You need to update your Intel processor microcode patch. This can be updated independently of the system BIOS. The latest microcode update for the d530 786B2:
http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/hpcpqdt/us/download/21270.html

If you use this and still see the POST error message, please go into F10 Setup under System Properties and report the detailed description, including the stepping, of the processor in your system.

No Microcode Update Loaded for Boot

It means the motherboard does not support that processor and you need to update the bios. You didn't say which Celcius you have, but the BIOS will have to come from Fujitsu.
