I have a konica copier 1015 after we just had it serviced we only made a few copies then it displayed this code . the code note in the user's reference guide, an the company who serviced it doesn't know the code either
This is a toner density failure code if the service company replaced the developer and did not run the density adjustment it will through this code or it could be an older firmware version you need at least level 16 or it could be a bad toner sensor i would recomend having them come back out to fix it
