(Firstly coppy all contacts from the phone to SIM card)
1.Switch off the phone.
2. Press and hold the following three buttons:
Green(call answer) button, (*) button, (3) button.
3.Now press the switch on button.
4.Then the message 'Formatting" appears on the screen releas all buttons

First thing I want to say that nokia 7310 has s40 operating system, which not support any virus file, hence there is no any virus in your mobile.
for Format(Reset) the mobile enter the code *#7780# it will ask for security code, enter your mobile's security code(Default nokia security code is 12345), now your mobile reset. it is done.

first back up your phone memory on your memory card by going to Memory card->options->backup phone memory.then dial *#7370# and enter the lock/security code when prompted.this will wipe off every data on your phone memory.you can then restore your backup after the format is over.best of luck.you can rate me cos this will definitely work.cheers
