Yellow LASER is bad, try a reset open close right side door. if it comes back need to have the printhead for yellow replaced

this is a very costly problem. This is a Laser that is bad, in this machine there are 4 lasers (print heads) they are supposed to go the life of the machine, but they are failing all over. i have replace all four in a machine just yesterday. you can try one thing first. Reload firmware, this requires a compact flash card and the correct firmware and a way to load it to the card (using a Konica minolta firmware tool) I can help with all of this if you want to try the firmware first... if not then its a set (yes all 4) print heads and they are spendy. But they are under warrenty if you can find a place that will sell them to you and then give them back to return. drop me a line if you need help
