It looks like there is no paper at first cassete whule it has. No error coce nothing.Is it paper sensor or something else?
Open totally the cassete look for paper jam inside that might cover the sensor.
Remove cassete and look for black plastic actuator located on top of paper when cassete is inserted, it might be broken.
If all are ok , press as follow to reset the malfunction [off] while pressing [ Utility/Counter] turn [On] wait till the display appear then [trouble reset] it will appear OK on screen turn OFF/ON main power.
