Hello, I have worked on many bunn and other make ice tea makers but am not too familiar with this one, but as is common to all there should be 2 timers, one for the hot one for the cold. They are normally located under the top panel or inside the front panel. for 3 gallons you should be brewing 64oz of hot water through the 1oz tea bags (3-4) depending on taste as a rule of thumb. SOURCE: Water doesn't come down when brewing

I had the same problem, and it turned out it was the top needle that was clogged. I used a safety pin to clean out the needle and it worked again . . . I descaled immediately, just in case it needed that too. I am back to coffee goodness!

need to adjust anti-scold when unit shipped is set for cold if u have install paperwork that has info on how to adjust if not remove handle and on valve stem will see blue and red plastic clips slid them forward and adjust till hot water is adjusted to liking

You are right on it is the solenoid, there might be something keeping it from closing properly.
