That's not a lot of information there...
How far does it jump? How often? Since when? Is this a new mouse, an old one, an optical or a ball mouse? Do you use a mouse pad? Have you installed any of that cursor mania stuff? Is it a USB mouse?
I'd recommend (If you have a ball mouse) to take out the ball by turning the circular plate under the mouse then blowing the dust out and wiping the ball clean. If it's an optical mouse i'd suggest a new mouse-pad designed especially for this optical mice. Also you might wanna try re-installing it. Or if it's a USB mouse trying it in a different slot and cleaning out that connection too.
