It won't Post ! ! ! !

I tried the swapping of the PSU & It still does the same thing . I'm at th troubleshooting stage of theinstallation, I 1st'lly dissasembled the CD-Roms & re-configured the Jumpers For SLAVE & MASTER, making the Pioneer DVR111eb Drive The Master, & the Sonique 52X Cd-Rom Drive The Slave, w/ Round Cable, 2nd'ly, Took jumpers & changed to Slave, the MAXTOR 30Gb IDE Drive, 3rd'ly The WD 400- 40Gb HDD & Made that Master, 4th'ly, took out the ATi 128Mb RAEDEON AGP Video card, And The D-Link Air Plus G Wireless adapter card,, checked the Round Cables for wear, they were new, so nothing there, checked the Floppy Disk drive, & Cables. then checked the Power supply cables, nothing was wrong. I hope that this new Mother Board & Chip are safe as When I took off the Fan & Heat Sink, every thing looked Normal, but t5o make sure, I took out the CPU (Carefully) checked It & put the Thermal Grease Back On the CPU Surface & put the Heat sink & Fan Back In, & I then took the CMOS Battery Out ( Old Skool trick Q!) waited a 1/2 hour (got me a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich & some Cranberry Juice) and put it back in & went to the CMOS Jumper & shorted the 1 & 2 pin, (just to make sure) and then put it back to Default (2&3 Pin shorted), Then Put In The Power Supply Cord & Pressed the On Button & again, the only thing that ahppen was the Optical Drives kept on Coming On & off,.. I really, really need some GURU help for this insane Install everything Is In Good Condition & the Power Supply was Changed From 350 Watts To A Nice CLever Power 450 Watts PSU. & Now It does the same with everything Installed & Also when It is Minimal, I hope somebody that KNOWS this Board submits a Solution. Quick Fast & In A Hurry.

HA ! Well as much as I tried everything Rafique, and other GURU's have taught and told me, I went to the Computer Show out here & Purchased a OEM P4- 3.0 Ghz. ,800FSB,1 gig L2Cache,CPU, as well as 2-Gigs SUPER TALENT DDR400 RAM 2X1024, and a 7in1 Card reader. installed all and put back all the other components I took out, and Voila ! It posted and accepted the NEW XP PRO Ultimate Black edition with all the Service Packs & Updates already included, as well as a Legitimate Key Code that passed the Win GAN. and Alls well in the computer world, so I deduced that the problem was in the CPU. it was not a good one, and just for memory sake, the DDR memory was swapped as well, now on to my next headache!
