Mouse can not move
make sure the lead is securely seated or the batteries have charge and are secure also the usb device is secure in the usb port or you could restart your computer repeatedly tapping the f8
key to enter safe mode while the screen is black once in safe mode where the
only things working will be your keyboard and mouse allowing you to attempt to
repair your computer

Please reinstall your operating system and all motherboard device drivers. Once you have done so, your problem should be fixed. There is no reason why both the onboard and expansion card drivers can not be detected by the operating system and thus providing you with video.

Where can I get my Cnmbook repaired.
if it is just the power plug ..this can be easy replaced ..but if it is something on the motherboard that affect the power stream .that is much complicated and you will need to get it to a repair shop ..anyway the power plug is attached to the mother board and you can get one on the internet and than just see if yo can change it yourself ..(it has a few welding points on the back side)..if not just go to any electronics repair shop near by cause the operation itself is not that sensitive ..They can also see if the issue is from other cause by using a measurement tool ..anyway ..to locate the plug exactly you will have to see its serial ..but they are kinda universal ..usually they run on PJ10 plugs..and if you see this name it they are available on ebay for a about 1 dollar..

There are probably 2 problems 1 is your processor fan is not working fine, 2nd is ram problem and 3rd is problem is in the main board condenser

Do you have all the power supply cords fitted into M/board
M/boards nowadays have 1 large white plug and sometimes 1 smaller 4 pin one or an 8 pin one
Does your power supply have them if not you will have to upgrade tou power suplpy

Cannot Install Windows
Well it sure sounds like an overheating problem, and 77 degrees celcius is way too high, specialy if it's right after boot! try reseatting the heatsink and make sure the repair place put a thin coat of heatsink compound paste on the processor. You need to bring that number down so really pay extra attention to the heatsink.
The next thing would be a bad memory module check out

I suspect Mother or Ram may have been failed try changing Power supply. If not Try on other mother board.
