I have the vista windows and the software with my new mp3 is for xp or 2000,. I can not get it to download music. it did once then it lost all its music and I can not get it to sync music from my computer,
Well it sounds like you did something to your computer because if it worked one time it should still work, try restarting both your computer and MP3 player and try Sync again. Hope this helps =)
