p25 error code is common what you need to do is clean the idc sensors they sit under the transfer belt unit at the front were you take it out directly below there is a guide metal it slides left to right the idc sensors are under this shield when you manually slide it toward the back it exposes the idc sensors you cant see them but you get a soft clean cloth and clean in the hole areas of the cut out slots on the guide you slide
Also ther is firmware to correct some of the p error codes
