Hi i have put a new 18mm laminated printing black on white TZ tape into my p-touch 300 SP and when i want to print it feeds the tape out with nothing on the tape on it what can i do? thanks martin skinner

You have to take the tape case apart to fix a rerouting problem, but if you get any printing at all then the routing should be fine. The only other solution I can offer is to look at the mechanism that holds the tape to the print head. There could be some kind of tension spring that is broken, or another mechanical problem...
