Hello. I am trying to scan a document to a computer over a network. Other computers set up for the same function are working properly, but each time I scan to this particular computer, I get the result "ED09C6".
I googled the code and got a few returns. In a nutshell, either the LAN Cable is not connected or the destination address is wrong.
What method u are using to scan? smb, ftp, hdd, email?
