Need to replace drum and reset the counter
(Essentially the cartridge/drum unit should not be in the printer when you reset it)
1) Open front door
2) Remove the cartridge/drum unit
3) Hold down front button until all lights come on
4) Put cartridge/drum unit back in
5) Close the front door
The Drum life should be reset.

The brother printer HL 2140 has been afound functionless with a displayed message to "clean Corona Wire" again and again after cleaning the same. Is there any provision to replace the same wire which may be available at company concern. The printer is being used in Assam and customer care service is not available here. If company listen this then it will be a great help to use this printer in future as well as future business of company in this region. Mr Bordoloi. Mangaldai. Assam
