I have a 1984 yamaha srv 540 that wont start/ no spark but did run just had the carb overhauled & bwas trying to figure out why hot grips dont work & connected the small thin wire from headlig

My 1986 yamaha 540 srv will not start unless its warm and if it has fresh plugs in it

...540 srv will not start unless its warm and if it has fresh plugs in it check the plug if there is oil on it if so the valve need replacement or if it is getting the right current when starting if not ...

cant get my 87 yamaha srv 540 sled started ,just keeps flooding,good spark thou If it keeps flooding the carbs need attention. Time to take them off and get them tuned up.
