My Simmons yard hydrant rod is stuck in the housing pipe. It will move up and down fine with the handle but will not come out of the pipe. I have to get it out to replace the plunger but do not want to have to dig it up for it is in a slab of concrete. It will not come up with me and my brother pulling with all our might. Any suggestions?

My pedrollo 2CPm80 shows on but it is not working. I tried the reset button in the middle, it worked for 1 second, then it stopped. Any advice to help me make it working?

I have a pressure pump from dam to house, the problem is the pump is running but no water . If you turn power off to pump for a minute then turn back on it works again.
